SAI1003-Autodesk REVIT 2017 與InterceptX 安裝衝突
本文適用於以下Sophos Lab產品:
Sophos Intercept X
在已經安裝了Sophos Intercept X的電腦上,嘗試安裝Autodesk REVIT 2017時會失敗。會出現1704以及1712的錯誤
Error 1704. An installation for Revit 2017 is currently suspended. You must undo the changes made by that installation to continue. Do you want to undo those changes?
Error 1712. One or more of the files required to restore your computer to its previous state could not be found. Restoration will not be possible.
問題是因為Autodesk REVIT 2017的安裝程序與Sophos Intercept X有所衝突所導致
請在安裝之前將『HitmanPro.Alert服務』停止,待成功安裝之後再將服務手動開啟。
