親愛的用戶您好：

感謝您使用唯思安全(原芬-安全企業版)的端點防護產品。由於Microsoft於2021年9-10月間，全面採用Protected Process Light (PPL)來保護關鍵服務以免遭篡改，因此導入了新的代碼簽名Azure Code Signing (ACS)要求，端點必須具有必要的安全性更新才能驗證 ACS。若未即時進行修補，就會導致產品模組(F-Secure Ultralight Core(64-bit))更新出現異常。

受影響的產品(包含標準版及進階版)：

WithSecure Elements 產品：Endpoint Protection(EPP), Endpoint Detection and Response(EDR)
WithSecure Business Suite 產品：Client Security, Server Security, Email and Server Security

因此我們建議依照以下說明執行確認及更新，確保防護服務正常運作：

一、首先請您依照下列指示確認該事件：

檢視C:\ProgramData\F-Secure\Log\AUA\AUA.log，
將會看到如下方的紀錄描述 :
Installation of 'F-Secure Ultralight Core (64-bit) 202X-XX-XX_XX': Not done, will retry

或檢視C:\ProgramData\F-Secure\Log\Ultralight\install-ulcore-win64.log
將會看到如下方的紀錄描述 :
MainLogic::CheckIntegrityPolicy: Signature of 'C:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\PSB\Ultralight\ulcore\\fshoster64.exe' is not compliant with Windows Code Integrity policy. Can not install 'ulcore' update
MainLogic::execute: Installation error: 14

二、完成以上程序後解決步驟為：

1.請先詳閱https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/kb5022661-windows-support-for-the-azure-code-signing-program-4b505a31-fa1e-4ea6-85dd-6630229e8ef4依作業系統不同，將會有需要安裝相關依賴項之需求，請詳閱"Compatibility"中的對照表提供之內容，進行必要的更新。

2.若您為WithSecure Elements產品，請執行fix_EPP_ultralight.exe進行修復，下載連結：https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SkO0KNMW9qzsqeNJ8KlkX15csQ9JSFBz/view?usp=sharing

3.若您為WithSecure Business Suite產品，請執行fix_ultralight.exe進行修復，下載連結：https://drive.google.com/file/d/18oXZR9wRCWO6rpLT30zQXGwEnux-m87k/view?usp=sharing

三、對於仍在使用windows 7 以及 Server 2008 R2作業系統的設備，由於微軟政策因素已不再提供產品支援，該系統將存在著安全性問題，被攻擊的風險也與日俱增，因此微軟建議購買擴展安全更新(ESU)計畫或升級作業系統以獲得產品支援及安全更新。
